The next VMF Bootcamp will start on Tuesday 6th of May 👀
This bootcamp is perfect if you want to push your fitness further, embrace a new challenge, and find enjoyment in every session. VMF Bootcamp is designed to challenge you while ensuring you have fun on your fitness journey. I will lead you through high-intensity workouts that include a dynamic mix of cardio, strength training, and functional exercises targeting every muscle group.
VMF Bootcamp offers a supportive community of like-minded people who motivate each other at every stage.
Here’s what you can expect from the bootcamp:
▫️2 sessions a week (option to do 1 session a week or PAYG)

▫️WhatsApp support group
£110 for the full 6 weeks
£65 for 1 session a week (total of 6 sessions)
If you can't commit every week, PAYG option- £12 each session.
