A Variety of Amazing Classes Over 3 Days.
During your stay there will be a variety of classes for you to participate in. Ranging from, Dancefit, HIIT, stretch session, water aerobics. and much more. 30-60 minute sessions, 1-2 sessions a day.

FACILITIES
Large indoor heated pool and hot tub
VMF Retreat will not be all GO GO GO! you will have down time where you can make full use of the heated swimming pool and hot tub! We will be surrounded by beautiful country side, so you could take yourself off for a walk.
* If you would normally work from home and don't want to use 4 days holiday bring your laptop and get some work done in your down time.! Check-in won't be until late afternoon Monday so you could work in the morning, another full day you won't have to take off!

Pay the full balance upfront, or pay a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
The remainder of the balance to be paid ten weeks before the retreat.

BEDROOMS
On the ground floor there is an impressive reception hallway with an oak stair case leading to the first floor. The additional lounge on the ground floor provides a relaxing space, with a piano and open fire place and comfortable sofas. Leading off from here there is a magnificent indoor swimming pool 7.5m x 5m with a changing room, hot tub for 6-8 persons and a football table.
On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a wood burning stove. The flat screened TV in the lounge has a sky package and all other T’Vs in each bedroom have Netflix. There is dining space for 18 guests, and a separate utility room and a family bathroom on this level. Outside there is a large garden with a substantial decked area with patio furniture. BBQ, parking and Wireless Internet available.
