Everything doesn’t have to be perfect to get results

You don’t need to be on point with nutrition and exercise every single day of the week. - Life happens. Be flexible. Set a goal for the week and make it realistic. Plan on NOT being perfect. Give yourself some room to take a rest day or to have an evening out with family or friends, a evening which you are not constantly worrying about the tasty carb heavy meal you are about to eat or the couple glasses of wine you fancy. _ The more perfect you try to be, the less likely you are to hit your goal, this will make you discouraged and more likely to give up or “start again when the timing is perfect”. - Hit your calorie target most of the time. Exercise most days (even if that's hitting your step goal) - With this approach you’ll hit your goal and lose fat without the stress of being perfect. This is your life and while you do want to lose weight, you need to enjoy yourself at the same time. - Only do things that you can see yourself doing for the rest of your life. - A short term fix will only mask the real problem.

BE CONSISTENTLY “GOOD” - NOT INCONSISTENCY PERFECT
