Struggling to lose fat?

Try treating the weekend the exact same way you do a weekday

Go into Fri, Sat, and Sun with a plan just like you do Mon-Thur

You have been nailing your nutrition all week. Got your workouts in too.

Then Friday, Saturday, & Sunday come. And its like you are a different person. Instead of tracking your food and drink, you wing it from meal to meal.

You are eating out multiple meals, and taking you best guess as to how many calories you’ve had, .... Oh, and you didn’t bother counting all the drinks you’ve had.

At some point over the weekend you just say “screw it, I’ll start over again on Monday”.

And so the cycle begins. Mon-Thur you do great, Fri-Sun you fall apart.

Sound familiar?

The weekend is negating most of your work from the week and you’re in a constant state of starting over on Monday.

The reason Mon-Thur go so well? It’s because you have a plan. You’ve sat down and figured out what you were going to eat. You may have even meal prepped for the week ahead. Why not go into the weekend with a plan as well?

If you know you are going to be eating out at night, eat lighter during the day.

You run into trouble on the weekends when you don’t have a plan. Give yourself structure. Limit your alcohol (not eliminate)

If you goal is fat loss, you need to be in a calorie deficit. Although you have maintained a calorie deficit for the first 4 days of the week, the overall calorie intake at the end of the week is usually a surplus!

Weekend calories do count (unfortunately)😂
