Week 1-4: Weight loss changes


Week 4-8: Measurement changes and clothes fitting looser/better.


Week 8-16: Body changes and photos showing obvious progress (take them photos!!!)



 


Before you get discouraged by "slow progress", make sure you have realistic expectations.


Truth is, results happen a LOT slower than most people think (or want)
