Boredom eating has become one of the main struggles for most people during lockdown.


I have a few helpful tips⤵️


⭐️PRACTICE MINDFUL EATING

Ask yourself --am I hungry or am I bored?

⭐️ STICK TO A SCHEDULE

Stick to a routine so that you don't find yourself wondering into the kitchen.

⭐️DO A CLOSET CLEAN OUT

Get the junk food out of the house, If it's not in the house you cant't eat it. Stock up on healthy options like carrot sticks and hummus. Pick something that will keep you fuller for longer,

⭐️DRINK WATER OR TEA

We often mistake thirst for hunger. Try a glass of water first.
