▪️If your calories consumed are LESS than calories burned = WEIGHT LOSS (calorie deficit)
▪️If your calories consumed are the SAME as your calories burned= WEIGHT MAINTENANCE.
▪️If your calories consumed are MORE than your calories burned= WEIGHT GAIN. (calorie surplus)
