
One of the biggest mistakes I see people do when starting out or even restarting their health and fitness journey to trying to do too much to soon.
Rather than aiming for this:
❌7 workouts a week
❌Cutting out food groups
❌Replacing food with meal replacement shakes
❌Doing hours of cardio
Try this instead:
✅2-4 workouts a week
✅Reduce liquid calories
✅Aim for 10k steps/day
✅Have some protein at every meal
Start small and slowly. Succeed at that first. You are way more likely to see long-term results if you don't rush. 😁
