It’s not the pizza you had last night.

It’s not the donut you ate last night.

The problem is when a single off track meal turns into many off track meals, off track days , and off track weeks.

GET OFF TRACK? GET BACK ON. THAT’S IT.

We have all been there, It’s Friday evening indulged in dominos followed by cookies washed it down with a few cheeky wines. Then you feel bloated, uncomfortable, ‘fat’!. That feeling translates in your head as, "I’ve screwed up, I’ll start over again on Monday". And then you proceed to eat EVERYTHING for the rest of the weekend.

~

Does this sound familiar? Taking one off track meal and turning it into an entire off track weekend, with the intention of resetting and starting YET AGAIN on Monday.

Here’s the thing, that one off track meal you enjoyed didn’t do anything to your progress. If you weigh yourself the next morning, yes, the scale could be up, but that would only be because

1-You ate saltier foods than normal and you are retaining water

2-You still have content in your stomach

-

It’s not because you gained fat overnight!

Off track meals happen and really, should happen. It’s apart of life. We can’t live in a bubble. It’s not sustainable.

So....

🍕Enjoy your meal with friends and family.

👌Get back on track the very next day.

❌No calorie restrictions.

🚫No extra cardio to ‘work it off’
