Quick fix diet ⬇️ Feel guilty, upset, a failure, fat, deprived, hungry, bored, stressed! ⬇️ Fed up, why bother? ⬇️ Comfort eat or binge. (It's a vicious cycle) Yo-yo dieting, also known as "weight cycling," describes the pattern of losing weight, regaining it and then dieting again. It's a process that causes weight to go up and down like a yo-yo. ⭐️The Effect of Yo-Yo Dieting⭐️ Research has pointed to the idea that extreme weight loss in a short amount of time will cause your metabolism to slow, which in turn leads to more weight gain in the future.

 

FORGET the fad diets. FORGET the quick fixes that are not sustainable long-term.

 
Focus on eating a balance diet which includes high quality, unrefined foods from all the food groups, Don;t go hungry or skip meals. Don't over restrict yourself, in my experience that only lead me to binge eat. If you fancy a chocolate bar have the chocolate bar, enjoy it, don't feel guilty about it and move on❗️
