Let's talk GOALS...⤵️

By not setting goals in your life you leave life to chance and never really achieve your full potential. Just as having a deadline helps to more effectively achieve a task, having goals can give us something to focus on, then create a plan and act towards the attainment of it. By knowing what we want in life with specificity, we create clarity and certainty.

MAKE YOUR GOALS SMART⬇️

▪️SPECIFIC - State exactly what you want to accomplish.

▪️MEASURABLE - Use smaller, mini-goals to measure progress.

▪️ACHIEVABLE - Make your goals reasonable.

Work towards a goal that is challenging but possible. ▪️REALISTIC - Be honest with yourself, you know what you are capable of. Don't forget hurdles you may have to overcome.

▪️TIME-BOUND

- Give yourself time, but set a deadline.

Writing your goals down is the first step in making them reality 📝
