
If you want to lose weight but you don’t want to count calories TRY THIS⬇️
Every day I want you to eat 3 square meals each meal fits on 1 plate (a regular sized plate!!) make sure you have at least a palm size portion of protein at every meal. Do your best to have vegetables at every meal. And make sure you have a cup of water with every meal.
In addition to the 3 meals you also get two snacks. Each snack should be able to fit in your palm, ideally each snack will be either a protein or a fruit, so it could be Greek yoghurt, eggs, cottage cheese, or an apple or a banana (you get where I’m going with this👍).
Don’t over complaint it too much.

BUT HOLD ON! Just because you’re doing this method doesn’t mean calories don’t count. YOUR CALORIES ALWAYS COUNT.
This is just a good way to moderate your portion control without counting calories.😃
